People throughout the state of Maryland use vehicles to get from one place to another. He indicated that slow drivers in the left lane are a hazard for a variety of reasons, including:

The bill, which would only apply to roads that meet certain criteria-such as consisting of at least three lanes, is currently pending in the Senate after passing in the house.
